Experience and Accomplishments
Mark comes from a family of land developers and dirt movers. In Savannah, they developed two large-scale golf course communities, working with nationally renowned golf course architects: Rees Jones at Southbridge and Bob Cupp at Westbrook. He also partnered with Greg Norman on Savannah Quarters, a 1,600-acre mixed use community, which is a legacy accomplishment. In addition, Mark was a founding partner in Marabou, a ranch preservation community in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
More recently, Mark has been focused on the industrial real estate sector. He has helped acquire strategic tracts of land and get them entitled and rezoned for large scale industrial warehousing and distribution centers. Collectively this represents over 3,200 acres of industrial development around eastern seaports.
